How to ACTUALLY A/B Test Cold Outbound
People don't even know wheat they are actually testing, and they wonder what's wrong.

BOOK A CALL GOODDAMMIT!
———————————————————-
This is how million-dollar companies write emails, I know it because I work with some of them.
They don’t even know wtf they are doing, testing and scaling.
bUT nOt AnYmOrE!!
This is how you test -
1. Pick 3 niches -
your service resonates best with. Do market research, ask leaders in your niche on LinkedIn, search Reddit, Twitter, etc.
Whichever niche you pick, always ask yourself why.
And then ask others in the niche “how are they solving problem X”
2. Offers -
What your prospects get due to your work.
Every marketing and lead gen agency says “We generate leads or impressions or conversions or revenue.”
It’s a good starting point but that’s not it. This is not the complete end outcome
The complete end outcome is -
1. They don’t need to spend time or money learning your services
2. They don’t need to spend time or money on hiring someone inhouse and teaching him
3. They don’t need to spend time or money on working with a rookie who will burn them
4. They don’t need to spend time or money worrying about how they will acquire their next client
5. They can use that money or time to scale their business
6. They can use that money or time to try out new methods of lead gen, ads, podcasts, content, tools, software
7. They can use you to white-label your services
8. They can use you to earn referrals
9. They can use you to brainstorm new markets, niches, trends, practices
3. Angles-
Now write 3-8 email copies with the following structure -
Hi {FirstName},
How are you solving X problem that is holding you to do Y
If I could {do the transition from A TO B}, without {C- pain point}
Would that be helpful?
P.S. - {Case studies}
NOTE -
PROBLEM X, Y, A, B, C should be relevant to each other
You can’t say
“Hey, how do you find developers that are holding you to smooth customer experience?
If I could add 3 more clients to you this month without you having to sell movie tickets”
4. Reiterate
Run some 3000-5000 leads campaign and see which pain point, angle, is working.
Again PROBLEM X, Y, A, B, C should be relevant to each other
Like my case - CLAY TABLES TO LEAD GEN AGENCIES
“Hey John, as you use clay to deliver the best results for your clients so reaching out.
How much time do you spend on clay tables that you should spend on acquiring clients and cracking outbound for them?
We help you with unlimited clay tables and workflows with fixed monthly fees and no long-term contracts “
Would that be helpful?
P.S. - Helping Outboundcatalyst, Oneaway, and other agencies with it already”
WHY SHOULD YOU LISTEN TO ME??
I sent 4 LinkedIn DMs with the above line - 4 positive, 1 meeting booked, 1 is going to talk with a partner, 1 wants to start from Oct mid (I won’t count him for now)
QUOTE OF THE DAY -
“IF YOU ARE TESTING OUT POOPS FROM 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE, YOU’LL FIND POOP IS THE BEST WINNER DOESN’T MATTER WHOSE ASS IT CAME FROM”
