WHAT AFFECTS DELIVERABILITY?
Email servers evaluate your sending history and reputation to determine whether your emails should land in the inbox or, like 99% of others, end up in the spam folder.
Then what is being checked in your history?
Age of the domain - Fresh domains are usually blacklisted most
How many emails is this domain sending - that’s why you have 2 mailboxes per domain
How often is it marked as spam/blocked/reported phishing?
How often does this domain send emails that bounce?
Which email service receives emails from this domain - which mailboxes are you sending emails to
The mailbox provider of this domain
Past emails - Warmup emails that’s why the warmup pool needs to be a good one
How often do people read and reply to emails from this domain
The reputation of the mailboxes which receive emails from this Domain
To do outbound you only need 2 FUNDAMENTAL things, literally 2 things -
Maths and Logic.
A. DELIVERABILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE SETUP
1. Maths
Let’s say you want to send 400 Cold emails a day, 10,400 a month roughly,
You are sending 3 emails per lead so 3,466 leads reached monthly
Now you can send 15 outreach emails a day per mailbox which I recommend,
Or you can send 20 outreach emails per mailbox per day but that may hurt deliverability.
So -
400/15 = 27 Mailboxes
2 MAILBOX PER DOMAIN - 14 domains
Email Sending tools - Smartlead or Instantly
2. Logic
Now you add logic here, in the long run, you’ll get flagged and eventually run into problems so what do you do?
YOU SPEND MORE!
Create 2 batches -
A → 14 domains each, 28 mailboxes each
B → 14 domains each, 28 mailboxes each
Warm both batches for 21 days with these settings -
Max warmup per day - 50
Daily increment - 3 mails
Reply rate - 42%
After 21 days,
USE BATCH A - for 31 days
OUTREACH EMAILS PER DAY - 15-20
Revert the Warmup settings to - (WARMUP SETTING DURING OUTREACH)
Max warmup per day - 10
Daily increment - DISABLED
Reply rate - 100%
After 31 DAYS
Switch to Batch B for sending outreach emails
Put Batch A in the initial warmup settings and put Batch B in outreach with similar settings.
NOTE -
DO NOT SEND LINKS/IMAGES/VIDEOS IN YOUR FIRST EMAIL
FORWARD YOUR OUTREACH DOMAIN TO YOUR MAIN DOMAIN
DOUBLE VERIFY YOUR LIST FOR CATCH-ALL
SPINTAX WON’T SAVE YOU FROM SPAM, BUT STILL, IT’S GOOD TO HAVE SOME VARIATION
DON’T BUY EMAILS FROM CHEAP RESELLERS, THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON
HAVE ONE MASTER INBOX AND USE THAT TO MANAGE REPLIES - CREATE A FILTER TO DELETE WARMUP AND BOUNCED MAILS SO THAT YOUR MASTERINBOX HAS RELEVANT EMAILS
ADD A NICE PROFILE PIC TO YOUR MAILBOXES
DO INBOX PLACEMENT TEST - WARMY.IO
Voila,
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are necessities in cold emails so hopefully you already have added them
Emails -ONLY G Suite/Outlook
MY EMAILS ARE GOING TO SPAM!!
Here are the only 2 things you can do -
A. Stop your campaigns and re-warm them with initial settings for 14-21 days and then start sending low volumes.
B. Buy fresh domains and emails -
But if you use my method to have 2 batches and then rotate them monthly, even if you are going to spam, you’ll still have a healthy batch to start emails again.
