Reply rates are low, conversions are low………why?

It might not be that your offer is bad

Or your targeting is wrong,

Might be the case the prospect does not even have a chance to see your email.

If your reply rates are less than 1% (excluding Out-of-office) after sending 1000+ emails then you are landing in spam.

This is how you save yourself from spam.

1. DOMAINS

   Always either buy from Cloudflare
   Or buy from any other domain registrar and add it to Cloudflare (for free)
   

2. Mailboxes Provider
   Only G-workspace mailboxes from Premiuminboxes.com, Zapmail, inbox navigator
   
   For Outlook - Hypertide, cold Sire, Zapmail, inbox navigator
   
   For 3rd party SMTP/IMAP mailboxes- Maildoso
   
   Distribute your mailboxes in this way
   70% - Gsuite/outlook
   30% - SMTP, IMAP mailboxes

   I only use Gsuite + Maildoso
   
   

3. Warmup -
   30-day warmup period for all mailboxes
   NO WARMUP ON WEEKENDS
   For each mailbox:
   → Reply rate - 68%
   → Increment - 3 mail per day
   → Total warmup emails - 50 per day
   

 AFTER 30 DAYS

OUTREACH EMAILS - 10-15 MAILS PER MAILBOX PE DAY
WARMUP - 20 WARMUP EMAIL PER DAY WITH 80-100% REPLY RATES
NO LINKS, IMAGES IN EMAILS
keep switching the warmup reply rate every 3 days

NOW SOME IMPORTANT POINTS

Outlook has the lowest deliverability as of now, like really bad

REASON? - Now Outlook checks for domain health before accepting it in the inbox

After testing we found out that domains that are at least 2 months old are landing in the inbox of Outlook-

Domain Batch 1 - Fresh - Spam in Outlook and Gmail
Domain Batch 2 - Warmed up for 14 days - Spam in Outlook and 50% inbox in Gmail
Domain Batch 3 - Warmed up for 30 days - 80% Spam in Outlook and 100% inbox in Gmail

Domain Batch 4 - Warmed up for 1.5 months - 80% Spam in Outlook and 100% inbox in Gmail

Domain Batch 5 - Warmed up for 2 months - 50% Spam in Outlook and 100% inbox in Gmail

CONCLUSION - DO NOT SEND EMAILS TO LEADS WHO USE OUTLOOK

Now how do you find out if the receiver is outlook or not? 2 ways

Free method -

→ Go to https://inboxbooster.com/
→ Create a free account
→ Click on the list analyzer
→ Upload your lead sheet, in a couple of minutes it will be processed
→ Download the analyzed CSV and save it in Gdrive
→ Use Lookup to find emails from “Raw lead sheet“ to “Analyzed CSV“
→ You can do the same via clay (on the paid plan of clay) like below

→ Then filter them out
